Thomas A. Bound

I graduated from Furman University in 1984 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987.  I have lived and worked in Georgia since 1988.

I spent approximately 18 years working for several insurance companies, handling lawsuits and injury claims nationwide.  I handled large trucking cases, automobile accident, wrongful death, slip & fall and premises liability lawsuits for the insurance companies. 

 

Since 2006, I have been in the private practice of law, initially defending insurance companies, primarily defending Workers' Compensation cases for employers and insurance companies, and, more recently, representing individuals.  Protecting Your Rights℠.
